So - you've inspired me to try my own PIO shot tonight since I'm crossing my fingers that this is a BFP and therefore will have to continue doing these when DH is out of town in a couple weeks.  Figured I might as well give it a try on my own while he's still here in case I can't do it.

So - any tips for reaching back there and doing it?!  lol

Here is what I did:

--used a pen to circle the area I wanted to aim for, so it would be easier to figure out when looking in the mirror

-iced the area for about 5 minutes

-warmed the PIO in a heating pad

-positioned myself in front of the mirror and took my weight off the side I would be injecting (rested my one foot on top of the other) and injected

-then I massaged the area and used a heating pad

 Good luck!  You can do it!

OK, I was thinking mirror, but wasn't sure if it being reversed if it would be akward.  But really, what other option is there that would work better!  lol

I already have circles on my butt that my husband has been using each night so that parts done!

Yaaay!  I just did it - and left handed to boot!  Yay me!
