Tell me more about Mommy and Me classes at DM. I really want to start when I start to get back out after James is born! What is the youngest baby in class and what is the oldest baby usually?

butting in.... I just read this in the post below and am also super interested! Free, get into shape (there's no "back" into shape since I wasn't in it to start with!), and social activity? Sounds pretty good!
It's very similar to the PN yoga... WHEN baby cooperates. This past Tuesday I spent most of the class bouncing E up & down.
There are some positions where you hold your baby... it really just depends on all the babies moods re: how the class will go. It's ?fun & and a great (and free) way to get out of the house. ?

I'm interested too...but I'm afraid I'll forget about it...so someone has to remember to post about this in about 10 weeks or so. We should be ready by then right girls?? LOL
I was talking to Liz (the yoga teacher) the other day about Mummy and Me classes, and she was saying that the youngest baby was 4 or 5 weeks. It depends on when the Dr gives you the ok to exercise and when you feel you are ready. I'm thinking I'll probably be ready for classes in May sometime.
