So we were told by the office in Sept that H's SA was "fine". Couple of misshapen heads, but no big deal. Great, we decided to keep trying on our own for a few months as I had just had my hsg done the month before.
Today, my NP says she was surprised we waited as long as we did to follow-up. Yeah, apparently his SA wasn't fine. There is actually some morphology and motility issues in the moderate range.
We're officially moving to IUI with next ovulation which could be this week if we can get the cost narrowed down.
HOLY SH*T
Re: Back from doc

That's crap that the SA wasn't fine and you just are now finding out, but moving to IUI soon is cool.
Good luck...hope it's the squirt that works!

Not sure what happened, but the NP was pissed. She was going to look into it after we left. She was all fired up anyways because they use an electronic records system from scanned files and half of his report was cut off.

I'm going with everything happens for a reason... it gave us some extra time to pay off debt, get 100% emotionally ready, etc...
I usually ovulate on Day 20 and I'm on 16 right now. She said it was completely up to us if we want to try it this cycle. H is on the phone trying to find out if his insurance will cover the wash part since he has full IF coverage.
After 22 cycles and tube removal our IVF miracle has arrived! Detailed IF and IVF info in bio.
