It's a baby girl named Alexis and she only weighs two pounds.  Please pray for her and her parents Adam and Allison.  Allison has a hard time getting pregnant and so this was her miracle baby.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I delivered my DD 12 weeks early and she weighed 1 lb 11 oz.  She is doing GREAT  today and is a 14 month old toddler speed walking all over the place!  We heard while in the NICU that baby girls tend to be much stronger and healthier and have shorter NICU stays than baby boys. Send your friend over to the Preemie board if and when she is ready for support or has any questions.
