Well, more with myself. ?I've been kicking my butt working out, every day, even when I was sore. ?I can see a HUGE difference in my endurance and am about to move up to level 2.?
This morning, dh said, "Wow! ?You really look like you've lost some weight!" ?so I hopped on the scale after he left. ?I've GAINED 2 lbs! ?Ugh.?
I know this is my fault. ?I haven't worked out in FOREVER, so I just had it in my head that as soon as I started working out hard, the weight would come off easily. ? I was really hoping for a lb or 2 the first week :-( ?Maybe I'll do better in level 2. ?Sorry this was long and pointless, I just wanted to vent.?

Muscle weighs more than fat so you can loose fat and look better and still gain a bit.
I would be very proud that you are working so hard and try not to make is so much about the number :-)
I gained the first time I tried 30DS too. I think its because I wasn't watching my diet.
This time I am following 90% (I wish I was following 100% ) a low fat diet (Pritikin)..and so far I am down 3lbs!
