  • When are you supposed to do the pineapple thing? It's an implantaion aid, right?
  • I honestly don't think it tastes that bad (but I love pineapple).   I just cut the whole thing in chunks and eat it.

    Pineapple Core- cut into 5 equal pieces, eat from 1-5DPO. Supposed to aid in implantation. make sure it is the core only. some nesties will blend it into a smoothie.

    Pineapple Core Smoothie! (thanks rls07!)

        * Pineapple Core
        * Strawberries
        * Banana
        * Orange Sherbet
        * Skim Milk
        * Ice

    Blend really well for a minute.

  • I copied this recipe from my favorite smoothie at Coldstone Creamery:

    My recipe is:

    cut the core in fifths and in a blender add one fifth of it to:

    one banana

    2 big scoops coconut sorbet

    1 scoop of mango sorbet

    a splash of juice (i use mango)

    and an optional splash of milk (i use soy)

    blend for a minute....the key to good consistency is over-blending, otherwise it will be grainy from the core.
