My DD kept reaching for my glass of water.  I gave her a sip one day, and she loved it.  This was about 2 weeks ago.  Then I bought her a couple sippy cups and gave her her own water, and she is not too interested.

Yeah, DS tries to grab my drink all the time.  He has more than once spilt it on the table.

My son started a little late (around 8 months). He is still grasping the concept of drinking out of it. I do have a follow up question to those who answered on here. How do you get your babies to tilt their head back in order to drink from a cup? I'm finding that I have to lay my son down on the floor for him to be able to drink from a sippy cup since he hasn't grasp the concept of tilting your head back to drink from the cup. Any suggestions on how you were able to get your baby to drink from a cup??
