That's great! I have used about 6 points so far. Hmm. I think it is time for my mid morning snack. I love the WW cheese! 1 point and it is really good!

here's what I have in my lunch bag for the rest of the day --
a red apple, a banana, a 60 calorie yogurt, a 4 point Lean Cuisine meal, a 60 calorie piece of cheese and 100 calorie pack of carrot cakes (they are like little muffins)
LOTS of food --- little amount of points.
Chicken breast on romaine lettuce with balsamic dressing. I will add cranberries, sunflower seeds and a few nuts to it.

1500 calories a day. Cardio 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes each time. Wii activity 4 times a week as well.
I will be shopping before my Vegas trip (or maybe in Vegas) and Lane Bryant will NOT be one of the stops!
