Help me understand something...about Early Childhood Education.

How can someone with an Early Childhood Education Masters ...not understand the importance of reading with their child everyday?

How can they not understand the importance of Early Intervention and getting kids at the minimum checked if they seem behind a little bit?

I am thurely confused by a friend.  Are these not topics one would learn with a Masters in Early Childhood?

Honestly, I can't wrap my head around that one. The only thing that I can suggest is that she is dealing with something on a personal level that she doesn't want to admit to?
