First communion gift for girl?

My niece is having her first communion soon and I want to get her something really special.  I got my nephew a silver cross necklace when he had his, but I don't really want to do the same thing.

Any good ideas?

Her father won't let her get her ears pierced or I would do that. Mabye I can find a really pretty charm bracelet or something like that.
