NBR: Anyone in OC have an electric/remote controlled fireplace?

Sorry to go off-topic, but we desperately need to repair our fireplace within the next 2 weeks. We sold our condo and promised the buyers it would be fixed. We set-up repair appts with 2 diff companies and BOTH flaked on us and didn't even show-up. So, if any of you have suggestions or names/numbers of your repair people, I would seriously appreciate it! Thanks so much!!!
