  • YAY!  Congratulations!

Beware of the public outings now...every store/place bathroom is a new adventure that will need to be explored!  lol

  • Woohoo!!  We just PT'd DD, too, and it was much easier than I expected--about 3 days total, and now we're fine tuning.  That's amazing that your DS did it so easily, since I always hear how hard boys are!

(Just FYI, Pull-ups are like $17 a package and we decided not to bother with them--we just brought the potty ring with us when we went out, and were shocked that she went just fine on public potties, too.  You might try it just to save some money and avoid any regressing...just my two cents.  Congrats!!)

Also, I convinced DD to go without the potty ring at home before we went out in public, so she has never had a fear of public toilets and I don't have to carry a ring into stores with me (Cubby, you crack me up.  I can't imagine many people other than you being able to do this without being totally embarrassed).

Hey, that's a good idea--I might try to get her to go without the ring at home and see how that works.  LOL!  Luckily, our ring fits (barely) into the diaper bag, but I would feel like a total dweeb carrying it around the mall or something!

  • lmao, u girls are too funny. dc and we at home intro the potty about two wks ago and he went a few times. he was so proud when he peed the 1st time. and once he was pretty dry at nap time dc told me that we would start on tues. they asked for gerber training underwear they are thicker thats all., they did not want pull ups. tues he did great in the am, 3 accidents in afternoon, tues 1 accident, yesteraday and today none at school. but he did have an accident as soon as he got home yesterday bc dh did not put him on the potty right away, so i blame him ha. today as soon as we got home on put hima nd he did his thing. he wills till wear diapers/pull ups at nap and bedtime. ah i am so proud, boy how my life has changed!!!!!

  • You are going to save so much money on diapers - Save your pampers coupons for me!

So did you get the little potty or the seat cover? My best friend used to go around with the seat cover in her diaper bag. lol.

Maybe at G's party, Brayden can talk it up - tell everyone how much fun going on the potty is!

  • Cubby--do you have the folding ring? It folds up pretty small and easily fits into a purse...
