Hey, just wanted to say thankd for recommending that marathon book- its great. It's answered a lot of my questions already. And I love the part where he tells you to approach pain by saying "Hello, pain, there you are. Come run with me" Like you said, its a little corny, but those techniques do work if you really make an effort.
