Name ideas?

We don't agree on many names, so I'm trying to get some fresh ideas.  Our last name starts with an "M", ends with an "O" and is 5 syllables so it needs to be somewhat clean and easy since the last name is a mouthful.

Last name is very Italian - obviously we have a Roman, so we want to stay with names that "go" together.
