Anyone have DIsh Network?

We haven't gotten a good signal in days.  We thought it was the dish due to the cold (for FL) weather, but according to the cust service rep, it is a receiver gone bad.  They are MAILING us a new one and CHARGING us the $14 to ship it.  I am more than a bit peeved.  So not only will I not have any cable for 3-5 days, but I also have to pay more.  I don't understand why they don't have who ever installed it come out and replace it.  Grrrrr

    Well, atleast you don't have Directv. We had the same problem and they wanted us to pay $85 for someone to come out and just look at everything.
