Thrush??

Olivia has small red patches around her mouth on the outside, especially this one area is a bit bigger than the others.  I thought it is just chapped places, but now I am not sure because it has been there for several days now.

She has not tried any new foods this week, so I know it is not an allergic thing.  Can thrush be on the outside of the mouth?  All I have read about is inside the mouth.  What else could this be??

Alyssa has been getting red patches around her mouth and we've attributed it to her pacifier and slobbering, chapped, etc.  Every night before bed, we put vaseline around her mouth to create a barrier and it seems to help.
