Help - I cry every time DS does...

This is my first full day by myself. I'm feeling very sad and overwhelmed every time he cries which is basically whenever he's not eating or sleeping. I change his diaper, BF on demand, and attempt to soothe him. Feel like I'm doing everything wrong.

 Is this normal baby blues or should Ibe worried aboyt PPD? (Also, I haven't gotten decent sleep since I was PG.)

    welcome to motherhood!

     

    While it's wonderful you're aware of PPD, at this early stage I would suggest hormones shifting and lack of sleep.

    When you can, just take a long quite moment to yourself and relax. I have gotten quite good into squeezing my "meditation" into a bathroom break. lol.

    It DOES get better. Well... different.

    It is the hormones, I cried alot at the begining b/c we were having BFing issues, but it gets btter, the lack of sleep does not help.
