so the longies y'all get are absolutely adorable, but DS is allergic to wool..how do I get something cute like those that he won't break out while wearing.

Well, if wool is out, maybe you could consider fleece soakers/longies? They're not as cute, but they're a variation on PUL and breathable. And super easy to care for. Maybe something to consider?

Other natural animal fibers can be used the same as wool. So cashmere or alpaca (there's others but those are the common ones coming to mind) much harder to find something like that but if you can sew you could make recyled ones out of sweater finds.
