gdiapers...a few quick questions

How long did your baby stay in the small size?

Is it really as easy as the video says, or does it get pretty messy?

How well do they work at night?

How do they rate as far as leaks are concerned?

What are some tips/tricks you have learned regarding gdiapers?

1. Maja was quite large and moved into Ms around 2 months or so although that's about the time we stopped using them

2. Yep.. very easy .. even DH had no issues

3.  The insert doesn't absorb a whole lot and it isn't meant to really... at night we used to put two in there.

4. I think we had a poop escape once (and it was a huge one that already filled the entire diaper, lol). As far as pee, I don't think we had any leaks. They really held things in great

5. What I mentioned above which is doubling the insert. Also using cloth inserts in there would work great. I didn't know this but they are meant to be velcroed on the back... we did it the other way and it truly got more comfortable for her when we noticed our mistake.

Carry flushable wipes with you when you're out and about... easier to deal with... the whole thing goes in the toilet (not all at once though!). Also...when you're home, it helps to change the entire diaper... have them all ready and set up that way your LO is all done when you go deal with the insert. When out and about, it helps to have the inserts ready in the plastic snapins and change that, that way you don't have to carry that many pants.
