I don't post cycle updates on my local board.  They mean well, but 1) one girl knows my sister and I don't want her getting word and 2) they mean well and are very supportive but don't really get it.  I don't really want to deal with constant demands for beta results, etc.

When I logged in this afternoon there was a huge "Sending juju to Larissa" post with 43 responses started by a fellow IVFer that follows my blog.  I love the girl.  Her heart was in the right place. She's PG with twins.  PG brain, right?  I totally forgive her.  Besides, I post pretty publicly on the other boards.  I knew this was a possibility.  I took that risk by posting/blogging at all.

Oh well.  I PMed the girl that knows my sis telling her that mums the word.  Otherwise I'll just attempt to lay low.

That's my fear with my upcoming IVF. Is someone besides our parents finding out we are underway and constantly asking questions. I know they don't know I'm on here and I don't blog but you never know. I get asked all the time when we will start and I just tell them we meet with the Dr. soon to decide. I don't mind who knows that we have to do IVF I just don't want them to know when we do it. If that makes any sense.

That makes perfect sense.  I total don't mind people knowing that we are doing IVF.  I just don't want all the harassment.  "do you know yet?"  gets really old especially from people that don't understand how cautious you are being about geti
