DS is getting picky with food already!?!

DS has been on solids since 4m, he ate everything...all stage 1 and stage 2 fruits and veggies without really a problem.  Then a few days ago, he's become incredibly picky.  He'll start screaming...and I mean SCREAMING (not crying) - blood curtling screams  if he does not want what I am feeding him.  Tonight - he would not eat carrots, he loves (hope still does) carrots.  Tried another veggie - same, finally gave him banana, peach, rasberry and he shut up and ate 2 JARS! 

Anyone else go through this and GET PAST it???

    i didnt go through it but maybe you could try mixing things for him? 

    put a little carrot on the spoon with a little pear and if he eats it put less and less fruit on?  good luck!!
