Payden is very different and unigue I like it. Her are some thoughts for Payden:
Payden Rose
Payden Grace
Payden Lee(or could spell it Leigh)
Payden Marie
Payden Parker
Payden Anne
Now with Paige since it is a one syllable name I think that for "flowing purposes" the name may sound better with a middle name that is at least 2 syllables. Ultimately it's up to you, but that is my thought. Here are some suggestions:
Paige Delaney
Paige Nicole
Paige Elizabeth(ooh that just make me think of the name Elizabeth Paige which is pretty to)
I like the first name Paige.. it's on my list, except I wasn't sure what to put with it for a middle name. I'm glad you asked this question, since I got some good ideas.

D and T do not make the same sound. So, on the first day of school, I would say Pay-Den? And she would say "No, it's Pay-Ton. My parents don't know how phonetics work."
Paige is a lovely name that would go with just about anything. As long as it's not spelled Paytge or Paydge.
Re: middle names for Payden or Paige
Does Payden = Payton?

I am not too fond of Payden. It seems like you wanted to unique, but just ended up with a wierd name.
I like Paige though.
I was wondering the same thing. I like Payton better. Payden reminds me of payday candy bars. Maybe there is a reason for the unique spelling.
I like Paige Elizabeth, Paige Lane, Paige Marie, Paige Allison, Paige Natalie, Paige Sophia, and Paige Elise.
Do tell! Inquiring minds want to know!

LOL This is EXACTLY what I thought when I saw it. Horrible, no good, very bad name. Please do not do this to your child.
Paige is a nice name. Please go with that. But don't spell it Payge or Paege or Paieyge. Paedge is also out.
Payden Claire, Payden Marie
Paige Kathryn, Paige Annabelle
My OB is Kathryn Paige and goes by Paige.
I like Paige Arianna (although not on your list). Paige Annabelle is nice, too.
