When they ask stupid questions, just tell them you don't know.  That's what our IT seems to do around here and that's with stupid OR intelligent questions.

That is the 1 rule we have, if we don't know something we have to get back to the person with an answer within 24hrs even if it's just an update of the places we looked, what we found...

You let me get ahold of you IT dept! I will talk some sense into them for you!
