DS is 3 weeks old and I have a horrible cold right now.  I tried to look on KellyMom but it didn't really tell me much about what I can take.  My nose is running horribly and I am sneezing a lot also.  I will call my doctor tomorrow but I am hoping for something to get me through the night.

    I haven't taken anything, I have just mustered through it - I'm too scared anything I will take will dry up my milk, and I don't have any to spare.

    Sudafed PE and cough drops are fine.  I had a cold recently and took them with no problems. 

    You can always call your pedi or pharmacy and ask them too.

    Get a Netti Pot. It sounds gross but it REALLY REALLY works! IT shortens all my colds and you don't have to take any drugs!

    My LC said to take the regular Mucinex when I had a bad cold. It worked! My cold was all but over in just a few days and the stuffiness went away really fast. My milk supply was not at all affected.
