Those with Friends with DC around the same age as your LO

Do you get together often?  We try to have our friends come over for playdates etc but it is very sporadic (sp).  I would like it to be more often. 

Give me some ideas for get togethers?

    We would bring him to our friends' houses to get together to watch Football. Dads watching football, Moms and kids playing...having snacks and a few drinks. Fun.

    Maybe you can do a pizza night or something?

    I don't have a baby yet but I am sooo lucky that one of my best friends is only 6 weeks behind me and DH's best friend is expecting his first 2 weeks before me so I know the three couples will do lots of things that are more baby centered once we have them all. 

    We get together all the time as it is so I think much of it will be just a continuation of that-- but I have no idea what it will really look like since I don't know about "baby friendly" activities at this point.  We spend a ton o time at each other's houses for dinners, sporting events, Guitar hero and parties-- now they will just include babies.  We've already promised DH's friend that we'll watch their baby so they can go play golf together if they watch our baby so we can go play golf together (we belong to the same club so I am sure his wife and I will be doing the same so the DH's can go play too)
