Anyone else's husband obsessed with breastfeeding?

BF is important to me, but it is REALLY important to my husband.  He is like the breast milk nazi always keeping track of how much is in the freezer, how much I am pumping, did I take my fenugreek, etc.  It is both endearing and annoying.  If only he lactated...

Sounds like my DH.  Many days I wish he could lactate.  I am very grateful for him, if it wasn't for him I would of called it quites in the first week.

Not realy. He liked to watch, but he won that battle about dumping my supply. We had switched over to FF and I really wanted to mix my pumped milk with the formula since I had aobut 50bags ranging for 2oz to 7oz each. But everytime I thawed it I always got floaties in it and it wouldn't mix right so I got nervous aobut using it. For Christmas we needed the freezer so he made me dump.

When I  want to quit EPing, it is always DH that freaks out. It is frustrating, because he doesn't get up in the middle of the night to pump, but I know he would be mad at me if I didn't.

DH was supportive of our child EATING and he didn't care how it happened.  Whether it be BF or formula.  I think if I would have had a lot of pressure coming from DH to BF that it would have been highly annoying to me.

Dh is not obsessed, but he is being really supportive. He knows that it may not work out. However if it does he want to be very much a part of the feeding and so we have a breast pump so he can do feedings as well.

Mine is now and he's mad that i'm weaning her before i start going back to work.  At the beginning when my supply was being established, he kept making comments that i was starving DD, then later when she threw up a couple times when i cluster fed her, he would say that i over fed her.  Then he kept making comments about my weight and why am i eating so much etc...when i was trying so hard to work on my supply.

he even made comments like-- oh now she's going to get an autoimmune disease since u are stopping BFing...

If i were a SAHM i would definitely keep it up...but since i'm going back to work, i have no office, no fridge, i work in a hospital and its non stop busy.  i'm on a beeper, constantly responding to emergencies and some days have no time to pee and eat, let alone pump.  sorry for venting.
