s/o tantrums...list your best one this year.

So far the Best Tantrum for 2009  goes to DS1 in our house...for screaming/kicking sobbing for 15 minutes...about what?  When I finally calmed him down enough to talk....Because he wanted to go to the grocery store after the doctors office.

LMAO.

  • Start him off right early...  I wish my dh had passion for the grocery store like that ;)
  • Last night.  She has a special "bed" for Baby Alive and puts her to bed nightly.  I folded the blanket and put it on her, DD lost it & started sobbing hysterically and screetching.  Yeah.  Who knew Baby Alive doesn't like her blanket folded?  Oh and it MUST be up under her arms, arms must be on top of said blanket.  The universe as we know it would end otherwise.

  • This morning's tantrum was pretty good. ?Gracie was on the floor of her room sobbing because she wanted to wear a "blue butterfly dress." ?Yeah, she doesn't HAVE a blue butterfly dress. ?She even stamped her little foot and slammed the door before bursting into tears. ?She's such a drama queen.?

  • Yesterday morning.  DD woke up before DS for once, so got special "just Mommy and Leah" time for a while....until of course DS woke up.  She totally lost it when I came back into the living room with him after getting him out of his crib.  Started shrieking, "No Forest! No Forest!......Go sleep Forest!"  Aargh!  Broke.my.heart.  As soon as this kid is weaned, DD and I are having a girls-only weekend!  Poor baby girl...I really feel bad for her that she's so desparate for alone time with me.
  • This morning because I'm tired of putting clothes and crap away constantly and just having them pulled out again.

    Sorry that was my tantrum.

DD threw one on Saturday for 25 minutes because she wanted a cookie at 8 AM and I wouldn't give her one.
