Success after IF

can you put robeez in the washing machine?

eli had an explosive poop this morning that left a bunch of runny poo all over, but in particular on the bottom of his robeez.  i'm not sure a wipe clean is going to do the trick.

Re: can you put robeez in the washing machine?

  • I have (for the same reason actually - I figured they were ruined if I didn't wash them so if they got ruined in the wash we wouldn't be in any worse situation). They just get kind of stiff when they dry (particularly the bottoms) but they soften up again as they get worn.

I wouldn't put them in the dryer though.

  • I accidently washed one of DS's Robeez, it was caught in the leg of his overalls. It washed up just fine, I just let it air dry.
  • The same thing happened with my daughter and I just hand washed it in the sink and air dried it.  It turned out fine and really clean :)
  • Yup, they are machine washable.
  • I hand washed a used pair that I bought...and then sanded the bottoms with sand paper to make the soles not so slippery because they were pretty worn...got it off the Robeez website...I am sure the washing instructions are on there too.
