Wow you guys are mean. I was sharing a funny thought... won't do that again! I'm a hospitalist, I take care of old people that are hospitalized. But in my training I delivered probably 100 babies. Which is why I thought it was funny when the thought popped into my head. GEEZ!!
I'm sorry people are mean. It was perfectly clear to me that you were being tongue-in-cheek. I thought your post was funny, and of course I knew you weren't serious!
I thought this was hilarious because this was actually a fleeting thought I had the other day while trying to use the bathroom! Obviously I too know it is not possible, but it made me laugh all the same.
I felt like that up to 6 weeks but now I'm just happy I poop every day. Nothing will happen to the baby, it's safe and sound in your uterus.
Me: 44 DH: 42.
DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09.

Are you serious? I jump up and down and start cheering when I actually complete a bowel movement! Wait until the constipation kicks in -- you won't care then!
Oh ditto this!! OMG if I could poop as I wanted I would give my big toe!
