Stroller Strides?

Hey Ladies, just wondering if any of you were involved in stroller strides and what your opinion of i was! there is a class a few min away frm me & I was thinking of joining! If you did it how do you like it, and what class do you attend! Thanks a ton!!

I attended over the summer and really enjoyed it.  It was a great reason to get out of the house and was a great workout (you can tailor it to be as hard or easy as you'd like).  I took the class at Greenlake.  From what I heard, I think the woman who owned that franchise has it up for sale and there isn't a formal instructor currently.

I have done it on and off.  I did the Alderwood/Lynnwood group over a year ago for a few months, with the old instructor.  I recently did the new Everett Mall group for 2 months.  It is a good workout, although the Everett one doesn't let you run, per the security guard.  I had knee surgery over the summer and needed something easy so it worked for me.  I have a friend who still does it, but I have not renewed this month.

I went to the grand opening for the Kirkland one - it was inside and super packed so for me it's hard to gauge how good - however my hesitation is that it was so packed and if it's raining at all they'd be inside and I can't see getting a good workout when you can barely move.  (if you were thinking about Kirkland that is).
