hey! how's CIO going?

I just started it about a week ago... the most he's ever cried was 14 minutes (my max is 15 minutes!)... night before last, and the night before that, he didn't even cry... just laid down. When I get up from the rocker he whimpers a little bit because he knows where he's going, but he's pretty good. it's tough! I hate it... but i jump in the shower and leave the door open... before i get out, i poke my head out to see if the red lights on the monitor are still going up and down (meaning he's still crying). last night, my MIL spent the night and he pitched a fit simply because he knew she was there and he associates her with rocking and playing in the bed till he falls asleep.. no siree.

p.s. you're a hero if you went 20+ minutes. hopefully he's not still doing that for you!
