I need a haircut desperatly and wanted to know if anyone has a salon reccomendation for the Lowell/surrounding  areas?  Not too pricey, but something that's not Supercuts either.

Kristen Salon in North Chelmsford is great- its a little pricey though. You could also try A cut above in North Chelmsford pretty much right next to Kristen. They both do fanstastic jobs!!
