I know everyone is different and there is no textbook answer but..... how soon after bloody show did you go into labor?  With DD I had to be induced at 42 weeks because of no progress (at all!).  I will be 41 weeks tomorrow and still haven't progressed but have had show since yesterday.  I had a few contractions last night but nothing since.  Someone please tell me I am going to go into labor on my own!  I really really want to do it natural this time and I'm running out of time for that.

Bloody show is GOOD!! Take a walk or do some nipple stimulation to get things moving. Sounds like you're right on the cusp of labor Good luck!
