I tried all day (from work and home) yesterday to get through on their website and their 800 number about the crib recall. I could not get on the website at all - even to the homepage. Every time I tried to call I got a busy signal.
This morning I have been trying for 2 hours to get on their website. I finally got on. They have a crappy form you have to fill out but of course, it won't submit. So it has an email instead that I just copied the form and pasted in to an email and sent it. I just got a delivery notice failure from the email!!
They just opened and I can't get through on the phone again either - busy.
This is going to drive me nuts. Has any one else had any luck getting through to them? I am calling the number on the recall notice.
