So bummed...

The realtor that sold us our house about 6 years ago must be really hard up for business, because all of a sudden I started getting emails about houses for sale.

Well, there were two that are being built right now and are a major steal and are everything DH and I want! Everything!  But MI sucks so bad right now, we could never ever sell our house for close to what we owe, if at all.

I WISH WISH WISH there was a way we could do this!  We have been wanting to move for awhile, but know how bad the market is, but now that I see two houses that we really like for the $$ they are, I could cry!

    We live in MI too. ?The house next door is for sale for more than $50,000 less than we paid for our house. ?TOTALLY sucks :(
