I give my DS's the Nabisco Orignal Graham Crackers. I did not see honey on the ingredients, but this is the 2nd box they have gone through so if it does have honey it has not been an issue so far for us!
The thing with honey is it's not an allergy problem, it's a botulism problem. The only method with a heat high enough to kill the toxin is boiling, so baking wouldn't get rid of it, if it's there. There are honey-less grahams, although they are harder to find.
