about your ? with the CIO...

they don't really cry when we put them down for but a minute or so but the CIO is during the night. I am going in and doing a quick assement to make sure they are ok, shussing them, turning on the mobile and saying "goodnight" and that is it. For us if we go in every so often it actually makes it worse so we can't go in at all.
