I just looked at my calendar, and it's cycle day 44. Didn't do the p4 test this cycle, so I'm not really sure I O'ed, though I was fairly sure given that I can generally feel it when I do. I'm so fed up with feeling like I'm broken all the time.
Do you all think I should call my stupid ob/gyn's office and have them script me some bcp, or provera? (Edit - I should qualify this with the fact that Provera didn't work the last time we tried it, but that was after more than 6 months w/no period.) I see the RE on the 27th, so I obviously won't finish it before then, but since it's just an initial consult, it's not like we'd be doing cd3 b/w. Or should I just wait it out and see if AF comes on her own?
Re: CD 44, no period and I could use some advice.
..I would call...the only stupid question is the one not asked.
Good luck!!
Clarification: I wasn't saying that my question was stupid. I was saying that my ob/gyn's office is stupid, and talking to them is usually a waste of time. I'd prefer to avoid them, but also want to be somewhat near the start of a new cycle when I see the RE for the first time.
They'll make you come in for a blood pregnancy test before provera, usually, so I might actually just wait for the RE appointment and ask them to do it! One less doctor's appointment.
I do know the feeling, though. My period usually comes on its own, but whether it's 40 days or 60 days is a matter of pure chance. I'm just happy this time my cycle was actually 38 days long (!!!) Almost normal!
