I'll bend over,

and someone come pull the baby out.

ok?

what happened to all the stupid " oh - the second baby just falls out and you go into labor much earlier! " talk that everyone was telling me when I first got myself in this predicament?! ( not on here- in real life)

Now if I hear one more mammajamma tell me that they can't BELIEVE I have still not had that baby....I am going to...mail them the first poopy diaper this kid produces with a bunch of burnt hair for a little sparkle.

I need to birth it up, so EMT can assume the rightful position of complaining about the wait!! I'm infringing on her time here!!

I AM having some sharp pinchy contrax, but nothing lasting and nothing timeable...eff this ess.

Re: I'll bend over,

  • Oh, you poor thing! I'll pull the baby out for you.

I have to say that you're even funnier when you're miserable, though. I'm cracking up at "mammajamma."

Effing sucks!  I'm so sorry.  How far along were you when you had DD?

Are you doing anything to get it going?

And, yes, I need you to hurry up and get this thing going so I can start b!tching without guilt.

I was seriously thinking about you Sat. night.  Thats when we had the biggest, and brightest full moon of the year.  I was hoping it would cause that baby to "fall" out.   No luck huh.  :(

Lets hope you find someone to help pull it out.  Or maybe have sex, drink some castor oil, pump, walk, walk, walk, and drink some sort of tea.  That may do the trick....esp if you pump and have sex at the same time.  :)

  • I hear walking works.  A friend/aquaintance walked from the monster truck show (I know, you don't have to say it) across the stadium parking lot and was in the hospital a couple hours later.

What worked for me was wanting to have sex, but not being able to get express that to DH, so of course we had to wait 6 weeks while I healed.

  • *shudder* at the thought of pumping and having sex at the same time.

  • I love you guys...

I am NOT having any sex. I just can't can not.

I meant to pump up the jam- but I forgot to grab it out of the guest room closet, and now my parents are in there sleeping!

I just couldn't knock on the door and inform my dad that I want to milk myself to try to induce labor..he's vegan and all..but that is just taking things too far with the new age parent kid relationship..

I walked a TON today- all oer the airport, out the wrong terminal and back..now I walk like my granny..not cute..

I guess tomorrow I'll walk some more...

I wish I could beg the doc to just break my waterbag tomorrow. That was the only thing that did ANY good when I was induced last time at 41.5 weeks..three days of pitocin and cytotek and nothing- but they broke the old water and I was at 7 in 2 hours!!

    boo hoo hoo...

EMT- I am sure you're normal- so you might as well jump in- you're probably giving birth before me anyway!

I just happen to gestate like a pachyderm.

  • Let me just get my Salt-N-Pepa cd first. Need some inspiration so she can "Push It."

NO! It doesn't help at ALL because I don't want yours to be breech!! He had better flip that little butt around pronto!

  • I hope the baby stays put for a bit longer because I'll miss you while you're birthing your stubborn child and then busy with two kids.

But, I do feel bad for you.  I know how awful it is at the end.  Hope you have a crazy fast labor (but not so quick you can't get an epi if you want one) when the time finally comes!

maybe it's cuz he's a boy?  First Kerty, then you and now me...
  • you are too sweet mamarazzi- all of you are.

I think boys might be huge brats...perhaps it is the mama's boy thing that everyone is talking about...they don't even want to leave the damn womb!

  • Do you know my l&d nurse and my sister actually sang that to me while I was pushing? Girl, I started laughing in the middle of a contrax and had to stop pushing.

He'll be here soon enough and you'll want to send him back...ok, not really.

  • nobody better be singing to me in there...

My epi was so good I didn't give a damn. Didn't feel a thing.

  • I was 4 days early with my first and 6 days late with my second.  So I completely understand your misery.  I stopped answering the phone because if I had to hear anyone ask me, "Are you still pregnant?" I could kill them.
