We use Dr.Brown's bottles and have the bottle dishwasher baskets for them. We've always laid them down on the top rack to wash them (and we rinse them again after taking them out, just to be sure there's no soap left on them).
DS just read today on the tab that closes the basket that it says "This Side Up). Now he thinks we should put the racks on end (so the bottom of the nipples face the bottom of the dishwasher), which would require putting them in the bottom rack.
This seems like a no-no, putting anything plastic on the bottom rack. What do you think?
