Gymboree = Awkward

So, we went to the class this afternoon in The Woodlands.  It was just the instructor and us.  I'm pretty shy to begin with, so I felt like a BIG idiot doing all that baby stuff.  I'm totally fine being goofy at home, but that was really over the top for me.  I'm thinking that it wouldn't be so awkward if there were actually other people there.  We might try the Thursday class...

yeah...that kind of sucks.  One of the points of gymboree is for DC to interact with other kids!  Now...I wouldn't mind having a small class, but not be the only one.

Thats cute! If it makes you feel any better, at DS' old daycare they had gymboree once a week.  I was usually the only parent who went.  I didnt want to step on the teacher's toes and didnt really want to intrude so I just kind of watched and sometimes participarted...awkwardly

We do the Saturday morning class at The Woodlands location and there are always at least 6-7 kids there.  The class before Blake's is also pretty well populated.  I know it's probably not as convenient for you if you're looking for something to do on the weekdays - but it's worth a shot!  At least you know there will be other kids!
