What do your meals typically cost of? Meat & veggies or fish & veggies...I do add whole grain also (there are some wild rice dishes that I use from the grocery store). Lunch is usually a salad or sandwich with fruit. If I have bread/carbs at breakfast then I dont eat them at lunch. Breakfast on weekends is eggs & sausage w/fruit. During the week I usually eat one of the following: cottage cheese w/splenda & cinnamon, yogurt w/fruit & granola, Fiber One Pop Tarts (whole wheat), cheese stick w/fruit.

What low gi carbs do you eat? Whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, waffles, english muffins & rice.

When you eat take out, what do you typically get? This is the hardest & my biggest downfall. I try to stick with salads or protein & veggie side. Appetizers are one of my FAVORITE things and almost impossible to eat.

    Thanks!!!

Good luck & let me know if I can help with anything else.
