Crap, I'm still here! I had my membranes stripped yesterday and still sitting here cramping up a storm.  I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that this is all I'm going to get!  Don't worry, You'll still go before me! (you too ig)

Ive been trying to decide whether or not to let my doc strip my membranes today...   How bad was it??    What was your progress so far??

It didn't hurt, All I felt was a lot of pressure. I'm a little over 1 cm. If I don't go into labor this week, I'll have her do it again on monday

Hmm... Im still not sure.   I kinda dont want to go into labor until I feel better!   I dont imagine that 20 some-odd hours of labor is very much fun with a cold and fever.   I also dont think being sick would make my first few days at home with the baby any easier...

I can't believe I've gone from marching around the mall trying to get him out, to hoping he stays in for just a few more days!

Are you still on modified bed rest?

If she offers it to me on Friday, I'm SO going for it.  I've heard differing reports though - that it hurts like hell and that it doesn't.  I'm hoping it doesn't.
