is it ok to take tylenol extra strength?

I have had an awful headache the last two days that is killing me....I know that its ok to take tylenol but what about tylenol extra strength? We only have the extra strength at home...I haven't taken meds this whole pregnancy and I have tried to hold off but it feels like someone has thrown a 5lb brick on my head.

    My OB ok'd up to 2 extra strength Tylenol at a time.  Take it, and feel better!

    My list says it's ok.  I have taken only 1 at a time the two times I've had a headache.
