So tired of making decisions...

I am so tired of having to make mundane decisions about every little thing.  We are going through a period where everything is breaking, needs to be fixed, replaced, installed, ect.  I hate dealing with repair men, plumbers, electricians, cable people, car stuff, ect.

The one we had today from Home Depot was suppose to install a hot water heater for $350 + the $500 for the heater.  He shows up and wants $700+ and the cost of the heater, but if I cancel my order with Home Depot, he will do the whole job for $700, including the cost of the heater.  WTF...  

Now I am waiting on another, hopefully honest plumber to call me back. 

I just want to move into assisted living.

I hope you called Home Depot to report that.

Sorry Everything does always seem to happen in phases like that. Hopefully it ends for you soon.

Ugh, that is annoying.  Luckily DH is a handyman, so he decides what he can fix himself, then he takes care of those kind of calls and decisions so we don't get ripped off.

I would definitely call Home Depot, he is contracted with Home depot to do the installations.
