Well - the neighbors 2 doors down. They are asking the same asking price as us. However, we have a 2 car garage and they don't have a garage at all. Ratbastards! Hopefully, it will draw even more attention to our house.

It can actually be a good thing, provided yours is the better house/price.  A nice foil for your house and drive some more traffic.

Ours did too- for $30k LESS than our list price. Granted our house is slightly larger and a bit nicer, but still. It's actually the adult kids of the owner who are selling since the owner passed away just over a year ago. They're pricing it to sell really fast but that doesn't help us
