thinking/hoping we are going into a daddy phase

DD and DH are having tons of fun together lately and she loves to play rough with him which she can't do with me. Today my mom and I went shopping and I asked DD if she wanted to go with me or stay with daddy and she said (for the first time ever probably) stay with daddy. A daddy phase would so come in handy right now and they are so cute together so I kind of hope the mommy-obsessed phase (basically since birth) is nearing an end.

I'm a little sad too but also glad.

That is great!! My dd is a birth to mommy girl and refuses any time with dh. Enjoy some Mommy alone time.
