So, I just got an email from TRU stating that a crib I may have purchased has been recalled. So, I check and yes, the white jardine lifetime capri is listed... but it's up to the label date of 12/07 and ours is 03/08.... so I wouldn't get a refund voucher or whatever, but what would you do?? Would you pitch it anyway? It's a beautiful crib and we love it, but the problem is the slats can break, causing a strangulation issue.... I'm nervous. I kind of want to put the bumper back in so she can't break the slats... and I'm very anti-bumper...
Re: may have been mentioned; jardine cribs recalled
I would call the manufacturer just to double check that your crib is ok but I am sure if they covered their basis w/the recall they are usually overcautious but it couldn't hurt to call and voice your concerns. I think you are safe though.
