So my dad sent me a batch of pictures from when I was a baby - I have no idea why, maybe being a grandpa has made him nostalgic. So I'm looking through them and there's one where I'm maybe a couple months old and I'm lying in the crib and inside the crib right above my head is all these baby supplies, like baby powder, a bunch of bottles of lotion and other unidentifiable things, one of those nose sucker thingees, etc. etc. Just in there with me, chillin' by my head. I guess my parents thought the crib would be handy for storage as well as a place for me to sleep. It kinda makes all the hullabaloo now about crib bumpers being safe a little funny.

Re: My how things have changed...
Yeah my mom is a pediatric nurse and she even rolls her eyes at all the safety stuff I worry about.
Apparently I started eating solids when I was about 2 months old and was on solids only by 9 months. Funny how things change.
