And FWIW- you never look 'normal' after growing two people in your uterus. You can even be at a smaller size and weight but the weight hangs on your bod differently.
My abs started improving and coming together within the first month. There was a big difference by the time I left PT. I could actually sit up from a lying down position without having to grab onto furniture for assistance. After leaving PT, it's been gradual and slow, but would be a lot better if I was more dedicated. I'm kicking fitness into high gear now, and I hope to be back to close to normal by the girls' first birthday in two months. I don't think I'll wear a bikini again, but I think I'll look fine in a one-piece.
